Emby Server profiles, andorind app for start

 I searched the forum did not find similar request.

 

 Please consider this feature to implement, emby server profiles, now there is a switch server option but it is not usable at least for my case for single emby server.

 Why ? well i have single emby server, but user can connect to it in 2 different ways:

 

 1. Cloudflare public access, https domain name

 2. Direct vpn connection to emby server, private ip (10.8.0.x)

 

 So when u go to android app and click switch server its doing nothing, i m aware its for another server, but it would be very useful that there are server profiles so it can

be used to connect to same server but on different interface.

 

 This is very much needed if there are lets say cloudflare problems, or isp issues, so user can just select different profile and connect to same server without adding

 again server information to connect like i need to do every time (emby remembers first connection info)

 

 If there is a need to claryify things further i m glad to, this would be a really nice feature to have.

Hi, that sounds a bit complicated but yes more options are possible in the future. Thanks.

I would not agree that is complicated, switch server option is there already in android app   Just allow to save profiles for server connections so we dont have to constantly enter information for connection to server.
