Can't play anythying from Channels

I just upgraded server and MBClassic (server installed on media server computer and mbclassic installed on another computer) yesterday. I was checking out the Channels feature, but none of the videos will play. If I try from the web interface I get "There was an error playing the video". If I try to play one from MBClassic I just get a black screen.

 

Any ideas?

I will take look soon might be issue with rev 3
