No confirmation email. PLEASE Help

new to emby. maybe switching from plex. Anyone know why i wouldn't receive a confirmation email with key code after paying (through apple pay)? I emailed the support email (billingsupport@emby.media) twice now and haven't heard back. retrieve key says non supporter email.
