Shield tv transcoding hdhomerun mpeg2 insted of direct play

my Shield tv is  transcoding hdhomerun mpeg2 insted of direct play. It was direct playing yesterday now I cant figure out y it stoped. I need direction as to how to get this to direct play?

Would appear to using your external address looking at the playbackinfo.  Do you have a set "Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps):"?  

&VideoBitrate=7116000&AudioBitrate=384000

&TranscodeReasons=ContainerBitrateExceedsLimit

The stream appears to be "20Mbps", limited to 7.5.

 

If you don't have a limit set then I would suspect "Auto" quality is falling back to a lower bitrate on your external connection.

I posted in another thread I found in a search.

Included my transcode logs there.

Seems due to interlacing but that is not turned on on the shield playback.

My bitrate is set to 100Mbps and this is on my lan.
