Emby choses wrong version for remote clients

Hi, I got some movies with multiple versions in the same directory (usually 2160p UHD remuxes and 1080p reencodes).

I have set Internet streaming bitrate limit to 20Mbit and disabled trancoding of video for all users. Still it will try to direct stream the 2160p version (even if a 1080p reencoded version exists) for clients (both LG apps and AppleTV apps atleast). Am I doing something wrong?

Can you attach the corresponding emby server log from that ffmpeg log? thanks.

Did you see what went wrong?

He did try again. On all movies with 2160p HEVC/1080p reencoded versions it will chose the wrong version to direct stream (on high bitrate blurays howerver, it will chose the reencoded version). Here's another log if you need it.

Please attach the complete emby server log as these are only snippets. Also please try granting access to video transcoding and see if that makes a difference. Thanks.
