bigfry 3 Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 I thought I'd treat myself to a Premiere key, but haven't had any luck. The wiki says it usually takes a couple minutes to get the key emailed, but I've been waiting since Monday night, and tried two emails to billingsupport@emby.media with no response. How long does it actually take, or is something else going on? I hate making a forum post about it, but I really was expecting to get the key a couple minutes after Paypal emailed me the receipt.

My email server was reporting a DKIM problem on my side that probably got my emails into your spam. That's good to know, and has been resolved. I did also go through my email server's incoming logs, and don't see any attempt at the initial key being sent. I have all spam filtering off at the domain level, and everything with a validly formatted email address that got to my server went through to my inbox. So, not sure where the initial disconnect happened, but thank you.
