thrillcat 14 Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Is anyone running Emby on a Zidoo Z9S? Seems to be a pretty powerful device but their interface leaves something to be desired. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Luke 42077 Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Hi, no, but it seems to be decently rated.
thrillcat 14 Posted February 5, 2020 Author Posted February 5, 2020 No, meaning nobody is using it, or no, it can’t be done? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Luke 42077 Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 No meaning I personally haven't tried it. 1

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk If you have not purchased this device, I would advise not to, if you plan on using it for Emby.......... It is great for local media in almost every format, but does not play well with Emby....... Example, using the Emby app, it does not Play videos encoded with VC-1, also there is not DD or DST passthrough with any media.........

Too bad, seems like it specs out to be the most powerful option, but if it doesn’t play nice, it’s not worth the investment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ebr 16169 Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Doesn't look like a true Android TV device... Clark's images are from the mobile (or maybe even web) app.
