Latest Update Fire TV - Subtitles not working when transcoding

Really like the new update, things seems to load a lot quicker and the interface all round feels smoother than before.

 

However one issue ive found is that when transcoding files i can no longer get subtitles to display. E.g - if i go into settings- playback and force the quality to 3MB/s, start playing a movie and then try and load subtitles they wont display. If i set the quality back up higher then direct play however still works fine and subtitles load as normal.

 

Im pretty sure this was working ok before the latest update (although its rare I actually turn on subtitles AND transcode at the same time so cant be 100% on this) - just wondering if this has been an issue for anyone else or not?
