ffmpeg & DS213 CPU going full when viewing via LTE

hi - i am having problem when viewing on Android mobile app vie LTE network. It will take a very long time to load and once it load, it will pause every few seconds after playing and take a long time to play again. 

 

upon checking, i see ffmpeg is overloading the CPU. the process stop when i close the app. no issue on WiFi. 

 

as i am typing this, i turn on mobile LTE  hotspot, turn on laptop and view it via Chrome which load fast as it should. 

 

how can i solve this ?

Hi, unfortunately depending on what you're playing this might be normal. Converting a video on the fly to a mobile streaming friendly format is a very costly process. Let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks !
