Question regarding backing up Emby ../var folder

I have Emby running on a Synology DS418.  I learned from the fantastic support in these forums that to backup Emby this directory should be backed up:

 

/var/packages/EmbyServer/target/var

 

My question is, is it possible to backup the /var directory using a Synology tool like Hyperbackup?  I can do this manually, but thought it would be nice to automate the process using one of the Synology tools.

Hyperbackup can't do the job, not found a way to do it with any of the Synology tools either
