problem playing iptv m3u

Anyone help? Just hangs when play button pressed on clients (android and desktop). 4.3.1.0 version on Raspberry Pi

Hi.  You set a stream limit and it is already being used.  If you don't think this should be the case, try rebooting your server.

I encountered same issue yesterday after a lot of channel switching. Emby lost track of the number of open streams. I have set a limit of 1 stream and got the error even though no streams were actually playing.
