IPTV not working

Helllo

 

I have tried so many times to get this to work.  I have a link to my m3u and emby says issues with link, so i upload the m3u file and then it loads the channel list but when i click to play nothing loads for any channel.  I cannot figure this out.  Anyone use BestStreams ?  Thanks.

the guides doesn't load, but more importantly when i click a channel it just spins and spins.  I have attached a SS of my logs.

attached, how do i make it so noone besides you can see it? Also, it looks like its failing to launch something, i'm just not smart enough to see the log and know what it is.

Have you set this up as an m3u tuner in the live tv section?

 

or are you trying to use the iptv plugin?

 

The url you quoted should be set up as an m3u tuner in the live tv section.  You wont automatically get guide data but the streams should work. Guide data takes more setup.

interesting update, if i turn on my vpn at the router level, i can watch any channel.  As soon as i turn it off i cannot

Most likely something blocking the connection.
