HI.

 

Is it possible to create a custom Metadata tag?

 

What I want to try is to create a custom metadata tag so I can filter between movies with stereo sound and surround sound. 

I know you can filter between Audio Codec but I want to filter between audio type.

Hi, no it's not at this time, sorry. But maybe you can do this with the tags feature?

Have you checked out the metadata editor by clicking the 3-dot menu, then Edit ?

I can also all all the surround sound movies to a collection called surround sound.
