Hi,

I have 2 cameras in the garden, one watching a bird feeder and the other inside a bird house (they're for my daughter :) )

I have Emby setup up for both, one works well, the other a YooSee camera, throws an error and doesn't display anything.

The error is:

[rtsp @ 00000074c3d21e80] Nonmatching transport in server reply

The 'bad' feed can be watched fine using VLC or Serviio.

Please can someone help, I really want my daughter to be able to see the baby birds if the come.

embyserver.txt and the ffmpeg transcode log attached..

Many thanks

Paul Angus

Hi, thanks for reporting. This might be a tough one since we don't have the ability to test your stream, but @@softworkz will take a look. Thanks.

Thanks! I can always create a temporary port forward to the feed, it's just the inside of an empty wooden box at the moment...

There's some window in VLC that shows details about the stream.

Could you post a screenshot of that information for both cameras?

Thanks.

Sorry about the size the screen shots came out....
I hope this is what you're looking for.

Thanks for the screenshots. I thought there was another window showing the RTSP network details, but maybe it was another application..

Let's try something different.

Could you please run the following command from the command line:

(EmbySystemFolder)> ffprobe -loglevel verbose -rtsp_flags prefer_tcp -buffer_size 1M -i "rtsp://admin:thePassword@10.0.0.12:554/onvif1"

and also try this

(EmbySystemFolder)> ffprobe -loglevel verbose -i "rtsp://admin:thePassword@10.0.0.12:554/onvif1"

Please post the results here.

Thank you very much for the output. It seems that the "problematic" camera is sending via multicast/udp.

Can you change that in the camera configuration?
