Thumbnails don't update when file changes

I just switched out a wrestling pay-per-view event that's been on my server for a while now, with a different version that includes a half-hour pre-show. The thumbnails haven't updated though, so all my chapter images don't fit the actual chapters and it's impossible to use them to help scrub through.
