Naming subs

I have been wondering why Emby does not display the name of the subs within a mkv instead of only showing "language (subs format)".

Example using mkvinfo:

As you can see the subs have a name describing what language and kind (forced or not) they are but in Emby one can only this:

If one wants to activate the English forced subs how would one know which to choose?

If the subs do have a name why doesn't Emby show that?

€dit: I know that a workaround would be to extract the subs and name them according to Emby's naming standards, just wanted to know your views on this before starting that work.

I can see the names my subtitles have in an MKV file:

Also the soundtrack names:

Have you actually named the subtitles, and how?

There's a setting for this. It's in the advanced library settings: "Embedded track title display".

Oh yes, I'd forgotten that.  It's off by default, and I have it on.

Always wondered what this is for, now I know. :-)

Thank you!
