All links in this forum to the media info icons just point back to the Main Forum..Can someone please post the correct link to the media info icons..So, I can download them and change the default ones..I am looking for the colored ones etc..

These are legacy icons from old MB2 days.  You can use any of them as they were created for use with Mediabrowser.

In my opinion, media info icons generally look over-designed, and by 2014 standards plain text is a much cleaner way to go. but i still think we should offer the ability for users to use their own icons because icons always make for a great community project.

I think it's only us MB2 dinosaurs that are pining for MI icons. I pulled them from the Android client and it was like tearing a band-aid off...

Yea I'm all for the customization feature because i think the community collaboration is great. just not sure i'd want to use them by default unless we come across a set that's really outstanding.

Why not add support for them, that way a user could simply throw a set in the IBN and have them display... Otherwise they display text. An on/off in the settings menu perhaps.

Its like anything else and personal preference. I for one prefer icons to plain text, but then I prefer graphics rich interfaces rather than plain ones. Allowing the user to decide would be great though.
