crocobc 0 Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 Hi there, I cannot find answer on the forum (but i'm think i'm searching the bad terms) In Live Tv tuner configuration, i put a limit to Simultaneous flow limit (for exemple 1). If one user is alreday using the flow, the next one does not have any message when i tries to launch any channel. (for example "Simultaneous flow limit reached try again later") I'm only having the working gif indefinitely.... Thank you for your answer.
crocobc 0 Posted January 14, 2020 Author Posted January 14, 2020 Using Android TV app, Android app and web app. Same thing for all
crocobc 0 Posted January 14, 2020 Author Posted January 14, 2020 Hi Luke, No not the same Channel....spinning wheel if limit reached
crocobc 0 Posted January 14, 2020 Author Posted January 14, 2020 (edited) I will try to explain again ^^ See screenshot in attachement, i put 1 to max simulataneous flow. Then i launch any channel => ok working. Then another user from another platform (android tv, android web app all the same) launch a channel. The limitation is working, i cannot launch the channel, but i have spininng wheel all the time...no message to say thath the limit is reached... Regards Edited January 14, 2020 by crocobc
Luke 42078 Posted January 14, 2020 Posted January 14, 2020 Ok so we just need a friendly error message. Thanks. 1
ebr 16184 Posted January 14, 2020 Posted January 14, 2020 Hi. Are you sure you just get a spinning wheel in Android TV? It should go back to where you came from and display a message that the channel cannot be tuned at this time.

ebr 16184 Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 Hi ebr, Yes it's right i'm having this information but i must wait 30sec 1 minute....only on android TV. Regards Really? When I don't have a stream available, I get that message immediately.
Luke 42078 Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 If that's happening then perhaps the error is actually due to another reason..
