cochize1 55 Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 I mainly use browser and PC to watch my media but I also have MiBox with Emby App installed. I know I can hide media info with custom CSS to not be visable in browsers but can I do the same with Emby Apps (Android, Theater etc.)? As long as I don't mind media info per se but the name of the file is bugging me. Since I don't have all me series named simply 'series_name S01E01.mkv' and sometimes it looks like this, for any user to see: 'Shameless.US.S02E01.720p.5.1Ch.BluRay.ReEnc-DeeJayAhmed.mkv' and it just looks... unproffesional. I believe it should be only visable for any user with admin privelages in my opinion.

That display is governed by an option in the app. Turn off the "Debug Options" and you won't see it anymore. Any normal user who doesn't turn that on never sees it.

Hence, all media info are displayed for every user by defualt.
