MajesticMaerlyn 17 Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 Hi, Is there any way of retaining your position in say a Library View (eg Recently Added), when editing posters? At present, when editing images via the context menu, once done and you select back, rather than simply take you back the screen throws you back to the very beginning of the current view (Library, Recents etc). This means you need to scroll all the way across to find where you are.Really frustrating when editing a large library, or using the newly added items. Cheers
seanbuff 1315 Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 Which client are you making your edits from? Because that is not the experience I get when using the web app. Upon editing an item and backing out to the previous screen, my position is always retained.
creeve4 4 Posted October 4, 2025 Posted October 4, 2025 (edited) I am experiencing this in the Web interface using the latest Chrome and Vivaldi. Steps to reproduce: Open Library and scroll down Right-click or use "More" button Select either of the following: Edit Metadata or Edit images Edit something and Save or Search for and select a new image Go back to libary What happens: I am taken back to the top/beginning of the library. Expected behavior: my scroll position in the library is maintained. 04.10.2025_17.19.14_REC.mp4 Edited October 5, 2025 by seanbuff removed erroneous apk link 3
