Android TV 'Are you sure' message to 'Forget' server

Hi .. have searched but can't find this one anywhere.

 

When I go to the Server page, every now and then it sometimes lags a little (for whatever reason) and when I have gone to change server I accidentally click 'Forget' and it's GONE.  It would be great if it said 'You crazy idiot - Are you sure?' and then required you to confirm 'Yes' after pressing up or down (to avoid repeat keystrokes selecting the 'Forget' option by default).

 

My wife seems to do it on a regular basis!!!

Is this more prone to happen on a specific client/app?

Possibly. I only really use it on AndroidTV and Amazon FireTV.
