mchahn 22 Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 I can't get my renewed premiere subscription to work. I emailed billing and they said to ask here. The premiere support forum seems to be empty and locked so I picked this forum at random. My subscription ran out new years eve (with no warning that I can remember). The next morning I paid for another year. Billing says my account is enabled but I can't get any premiere features. I can't watch/record my local channels. Any help would be appreciated.
Luke 42085 Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. What exactly happens when you try to create a recording? Does the server dashboard reflect your Premiere status?
