premiere support question

I can't get my renewed premiere subscription to work.  I emailed billing and they said to ask here.  The premiere support forum seems to be empty and locked so I picked this forum at random.

 

My subscription ran out new years eve (with no warning that I can remember).  The next morning I paid for another year.  Billing says my account is enabled but I can't get any premiere features.  I can't watch/record my local channels.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. What exactly happens when you try to create a recording? Does the server dashboard reflect your Premiere status?
