Chromecast display for music playback

Is there a way to change the display on my TV when streaming music via Chromecast?

Hey Luke, thanx for responding.

 

I would prefer that the album art display full screen instead of the artist picture and would prefer the full track and album name are displayed instead of cut off if too long.
