Emby Server install fails on Server 2019

Hi,

 I am trying  to install Emby Server on a fresh install of Windows Server 2019.

I can download the setup.exe file, but the install fails during the application download phase with the error:

"Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection..."

I tried again today and now I am getting the error "Files corrupt in deployment"
