Combine folders in library

Hi there,

 

I am running into a similar issue reported in this post and would love to see an option to combine different folders containing e.g. different seasons of the same show in my library.

 

I understand that the behavior was changed to the current one due to user feedback but would it please be possible to have optional setting to display a combined layer?
