Live TV duplicate channel listings

I’m having an issue,each time I add a new m3u url or try and reload my existing one after deleting it all the previous channels stay so I have 5 of each channel showing and only 1 will work,I need a way to delete all data from live tv and start from scratch but it seems to hold onto its previous data and just adds the channels alongside

Yes I run that quite a lot,that’s a different issue,I can’t get a guide to match the channels,some channels are actually something different to what it says they are but my main problem is that if I remove any m3u tuner url and add it again it just duplicates all the channels again,so far I’m up to 5 duplicates for the same channel,I’ve even uninstalled emby and re installed and it still holds the history,isn’t there just an option to wipe the live tv history and start from scratch
