Is Data Scrapping for TV Series / Movies broke if there are multiple of said folders?

Currently I have three DIFFERENT TV Series folders and two DIFFERENT Movie Folders largely to sort big cleaning projects.

However, it doesn't seem like Emby will fetch meta data or images for any series that is not in the first (aka primary) TV Series or Movie library.

Can we confirm weather this is a bug or not?
