MB Supporter key not working

Hi

 

I have been running MB3 for some time now using a supporter key and a few premium features, today I purchased a new feature using a different email, got the different supporter key and went to link the two. Only now neither key works  on top of this if I try and use the retrieve key link I get " There was an error processing your request "

Send ebr a PM with the main email address and the new one you used. If you want to use the new one explain that.

 

FYI. Always use the same (original) email address for purchases or you run into issues like this.
