Auto Organize - Allow multiple watch folders and filtering

The auto organize plug-in is a really nice feature that could replace the functionality of MCEbuddy. Only a couple of things that would make it a more substantial replacement is the ability to watch multiple folders, with multiple move options. Also, the ability to watch a folder, but filter on specific files in the folder to move. I'd like to ignore some files in the watch directory, or be able to move the adult shows to an adult library and the kids shows to the kids library.
