have to kill and start server frequently

Currently running server version 3.0.5271.29451 on windows 8.1

After the last update, I'm having a problem with the server.

 

None of my clients will connect. Server shows it's running. Clicking on restart server doesn't fix the problem. I have to open task manager to kill the process and then start the server again. At that point my clients can connect and stream. At some point with in a few hours (haven't been able to pinpoint the time or trigger) I have to do this process again.

 

I just turned on debugging so I don't have a log yet. Was posting early to see if there was any known issues or simple fixes with a setting that I'm overlooking.

 

I'll come back and post a log when I have one.

Not the entire log. When I have to kill and start, I pulled just the section that showed errors before re-starting. If i need to post more of the log, i can do that.
