Unable to install Server - Windows

Trying to install server on windows 2019 and getting the errors in the attached file.  Also unable to install it on server 2012 r2, 2016, and on windows 10.  I have it already on 2012 r2 but want to migrate to a new server.

Hi.  It looks like something on your network may be blocking the download.  Check firewall and other anti-malware and security software.

I checked all that including the router and DNS since I use openDNS and DD-wrt to help with making sure the kids dont go anywhere they are not supposed to.  Turns out I forgot to activiate the OS.  Once I installed the right key, everything went fine.

 

Edit - Not totally sure if that was really the fix.  I had previously tried installing on my desktop which already is activated and it was failing also.  I have not tried on it again on my desktop since I was able to install on the server
