Duplicate liberaries on home screen

This morning there were two plugin updates and since then I have duplicate libraries showing on the home screen for "Recorded Shows" and "Recorded Movies". In the library section of the admin interface, these libraries exist only once. I already did a full media library scan but it did not solve the issue. How do I remove the duplication on the home screen?

After re-reading your response I think a typo caused the confusing. I think you meant "Try to removing.." Well, I tried and deleting any instance of these libraries on the home screen does not work. The folders are persistent.

I also tried unchecking display of these folders in the web interface settings under home screen. They show up twice there as well. Did not solve the problem either. Even if I uncheck both instances of each library, these folders are still shown each twice.

Try removing the libraries from library setup and run a library scan.

Removing entirely and recreating the library solved the problem, but was of course more work. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to chase down what might have caused this.
