Orphan_Script 1 Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 (edited) I am an Emby premiere subscriber, trying to use Emby Theater. When starting a show, it prompts me to activate my premiere subscription. When I click 'already paid?' the only option is 'I already have Emby premiere'. It then tells me to ensure I've setup Premiere in my server dashboard, which I have. When I go to my server dashboard, it shows the key I received by email. I clicked 'save' again but nothing has changed or updated on either end. In the web UI, there is also the 'Get Emby Premiere' button at the upper right hand corner. That presents the same option ('Already paid?', etc). Playback is working in the WebUI but obviously not in theater. Looking into past posts about this, it looks like some people recommended clearing your browser cache (which I've done), and the only other information I can find from Emby is posts from 2016 asking users to wait for an update. Just wondering what I can do about this right now. I have paid but neither interface seem to recognize that I'm a premiere member. Edited December 24, 2019 by Orphan_Script

When I am at my PC that runs Emby, viewing the dashboard, I do have the gold coin icon in the dashboard. At the moment I'm accessing it remotely, signed into the same account, and it's not there. I also have no problems using theater on the host PC, it only seems to be an issue remotely.
