Emby Theater - not detecting premier subscription

I am an Emby premiere subscriber, trying to use Emby Theater. When starting a show, it prompts me to activate my premiere subscription. When I click 'already paid?' the only option is 'I already have Emby premiere'. It then tells me to ensure I've setup Premiere in my server dashboard, which I have. 

 

When I go to my server dashboard, it shows the key I received by email. I clicked 'save' again but nothing has changed or updated on either end. In the web UI, there is also the 'Get Emby Premiere' button at the upper right hand corner. That presents the same option ('Already paid?', etc). 

 

Playback is working in the WebUI but obviously not in theater. 

 

Looking into past posts about this, it looks like some people recommended clearing your browser cache (which I've done), and the only other information I can find from Emby is posts from 2016 asking users to wait for an update. Just wondering what I can do about this right now. I have paid but neither interface seem to recognize that I'm a premiere member.

Can you post a server log of when you clicked save for the Premiere key.

Does the server dashboard show a gold coin to reflect your premiere status?

Sorry for the delay (Holidays and all). 

 

When I am at my PC that runs Emby, viewing the dashboard, I do have the gold coin icon in the dashboard. 

 

At the moment I'm accessing it remotely, signed into the same account, and it's not there. 

 

I also have no problems using theater on the host PC, it only seems to be an issue remotely.

Hi, it sounds like the machine you're running Emby Theater from is unable to reach our admin domain, https://mb3admin.com

 

Can you verify that nothing is blocking the connection from there? Thanks.

Yes i have even removed it and saved and then entered it again!

So...it's three years later and I'm having the same issue. Was there a solution? I've tried all the suggestions above.
