travis1982 0 Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 (edited) Hello, I've been using Emby for Windows for several years now without any issues and am very happy with the program but yesterday I am now unable to access the Emby dashboard using any of my Windows browsers. I've tried to reboot, reinstall browsers, disable all addons (including ad blockers) - etc. it doesn't seem to matter I am treated with the lovely screen attached and can not continue. If I click the words Emby Premiere it doesn't let me continue either as that just treats me to broken text asking me if I have Emby Premiere, I click anything and it just says "Got it" and puts me back at that screen. I can load up the dashboard fine using the Emby app on my Android tablet, but I really would just rather do everything through Windows. So I know that there isn't an issue with my login or anything, as I am logged into Emby fine and can access it through my TV but I just can not access the dashboard to do things like scan for new files, or set up users etc. I would appreciate any help, if you need any more information I am happy to provide. travis1982 0 Posted December 24, 2019 Author Posted December 24, 2019 Hi there, what version of Emby Server are you running? Thank you for the quick response. It looks like the newest version 4.3.1.0 and I did an uninstall and reinstall trying to see if that would clear the issue.

I always used the bookmark as it was what the program first populated and I bookmarked when I first started using it so I didn't even think that as that page looked like a completely normal page besides a "404" error as it seemed to be working normally. Once again thank you for your quick turn around time and support. For the record, when I click the Emby server icon and go to Configure Emby it forwards to that broken dashboard.html (briefly flashes) before it takes you to a separate login page. Maybe a developer can update it so it doesn't go to the dashboard.html in the windows link.
