SamES 1057 Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 I can't reproduce this. I'm assuming you're using version 1.0.20 (latest store version). If you press the enter/OK button on the remote does that cause the keyboard to open? The only other thing I can suggest trying is to uninstall the app from the TV, then install it again. There's nothing that's changed in the recent version of the app that should impact this, and the popup on-screen keyboard is an automatic LG feature that we don't really have control over.
ricky_buyo 4 Posted December 25, 2019 Author Posted December 25, 2019 FIXED Thanks for your help guys, I’m not sure what happened. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. The solution was restore the TV to factory settings. 1
