”Non-admin” user can update metadata

I am a former monthly emby premiere who is now back at it after a bender with that other variant.

Running portable ”embyserver-win-x64-4.3.1.0” as of today.

 

Issue:

The edit/refresh metadata is not available for non-admin user at the 3 dot drop-down on "Movie Home Page", but at "Library Screen" the non-admin user can hover a poster, tick the white box in upper left corner, click top right dots in green banner that appears, select update metadata in the drop-down, and in the pop-up dialog window select replace and overwrite metadata. I wish for only my admin user being able to fiddle with the metadata etc.

 

Q:

What did I miss to restrict for this non-admin user for it to be able to do this..?
