Did Not Receive Confirmation Email

Hey,

I am trying to help my father create an Emby Connect account but after doing everything it asked the confirmation email never came. Can anyone help?

Hi.  Have you tried logging him in?  I don't think we require the validation if you do this through our system (instead of the forum directly).

I did. It says the username and password are not valid.

I tried a second time with a different ema address and it did the same thing. The confirmation email didn't come and the login won't work.

Where are you entering the username and password?

I'm not sure why but after a couple hours the second login worked. There still has not been a confirmation email for either attempt. Odd. Thanks for the advice though. Appreciated.

Did you check your email's spam folder just in case it got trapped in there? Thanks for the feedback and for following up.
