Hi.  Try using the Playback Correction feature (cog menu during playback) and see if it corrects it.

Unfortunately, that does not resolve the issue; still no sound.

How have you configured your system audio settings on the Fire TV? Can you describe your audio setup? Thanks.

Hi.  Yes, please describe all the equipment and how it is configured and hooked up.

 

Also, try the correction feature repeatedly until it quits.

So the issue was only isolated to the latest Fire Stick 4K. The sound settings were left at their default "Best Available"; once this was changed to "Dolby Digital" the problem was resolved.
