Subtitles not showing for transcoded videos

Hello, I'm having an issue where subtitles aren't being displayed for transcoded videos. With direct play, the subtitles work fine.

 

This is happening with both browser and Fire TV clients. The subtitle mode is set to Default on both devices.

 

Server transcode logs (with debugging) attached. Thanks!

 

EDIT: FWIW, the attached video is from ~1 minute of playback during a portion of the movie that should be showing subtitles.

I confirm this issue is here since at least 3 or 4 months without know when or why !  ').

I discovered one use case today. If I RESUME a movie from 23 minutes for example, in Direct mode, I got subtitles, but in transcoded mode, no subtitles .

But from the BEGIN of the movie, the issue isn't here EVEN WITH TRANSCODED movie

 

Really painful this issue, when I use / must use the limited bandwidth

This should be resolved in the upcoming Emby Server 4.4 release. Thanks !
