Conversion doesn't start

Hi everyone, I'm just try to use the convert function to convert a file that wouldn't skip. My problem is that the file remain in the section conversion as downloded but the task don't start. I've also try to laich it manually from the task page without any result

What format is the original media?

So there's nothing to convert, that's why it's already done. You have an mkv that already matches the target profile you've selected, and you picked original quality, therefore why convert it.

 

If you want to see it actually convert, then pick a different output, such as the mobile profile which will produce mp4, or use the TV profile with a lower quality.
