Question about movie metadata providers

Heya, my imdb and rotten tomatoes score is broken on my emby server. How do i fix it?

Hi, we don't get data from IMDb because they are not a free and open data service.

 

We use moviedb and omdb. Have you checked to see what data they have available before coming to the conclusion that something is broken?

What do you mean it is broken?

 

Do you have OMDB metadata enabled in the library settings?  As that is where the information comes from.

Shit, right. I thought they used imdb for scores. Sorry.

Edit: some scores show 10, and that is a overstatement for some movies.

I had only MovieDB enabled, enabled omdb now too, will reply back when the scan is complete.

Well, added omdb to the libraries, updated my metadata manually for everything, and it seems much better now with scoring. Thanks.
