Save button not working on sync jobs

Hi,

 

as title..

 

if I try to modify a sync (for example modifying the number of synced element) the save button doesn't work..

nothing happen when clicking on "Save".. 

 

the sync job creation works..

 

server version: 4.3.0.30

 

can you give it a try? the problem is easy reproducible
