As far as I am aware. How would I check?

Posted

Well looking at the error message it looks like your watch folder doesn't exist.

Posted

Which log file is from when you did that?

Posted

Ends 4000 only log from yesterday

Posted

And at what time did you use the  manual organize feature?

Posted

Last night probably around 2200. As it only shows undefined unable to actually do anything.

Posted

Ok the log ending in 400 starts at 22:38...

Posted

It looks like you still have bad configuration:

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'D:\watc'.
Posted

Strange cause it does exist.

I have tried setting up another watch folder and now that works.  This is on another drive as well.

Thanks for showing that it was not seeing the path.  Helped sort the issue.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the feedback.

What exactly isn't working? Can you please provide some discussion of the example? What is happening?

Posted

As per the original screen snips when I try to manually organise new files I am no longer presented with the file name to search for only undefined.

When first going in to the organise the way its presented is completely different to what was shown previously and for the one time it worked yesterday. Unable to describe it but as the plugin is designed to look but as per my snips it seems to be broken somehow.

Posted

Can you please discuss a specific example and identify what log file corresponds to that example, as well as what time the problem occurred? thanks.

I will do all of that when I get home today

attempting to auto organise manually movie Ice Age 3 from my current watch folder on the C drive. (log 02)

21:43 19/2019..

click on folder to bring up manual organise folder to select that its a movie or TV show.  Presented with snip 02

As I don't have this movie in my library have to to select "+" Snip 03

Search only shows name as Undefined Snip 04.

What I am expecting is Snip 02 to have more available options to be able to input, as I am sure the intended first screen is not as per Snip 01.

Expected Snip 03 again to be as previous before this issue and as it is intended to look for the plugin

For title search expected to see Ice Age 3 but only presented with Undefined.

Unsure if this will Help also have attached log (log 01) where the one successful *in terms of what was presented was what was expected from using plug in previously*

F:\downloaded\Rambo.Last.Blood.2019.1080p.BluRay.x264.Atmos.TrueHD 7.1-OMEGA.mkv

organize button inside the plugin page does nothing, a manual organize task can only ran by starting the scheduled task

and smart matches still aren't covered by the backup plugin

server v4.4.0.5

plugin 1.5.5.0
