ozchef 3 Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 As far as I am aware. How would I check?
Luke 42077 Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Well looking at the error message it looks like your watch folder doesn't exist.
ozchef 3 Posted December 17, 2019 Author Posted December 17, 2019 I moved the watch folder to another folder then came back to the proper watch folder, that let auto organise to organise 2 things but cannot manually move anything from the folder, still get undefined. embyserver.txt embyserver-63712224000.txt embyserver-63712137600.txt embyserver-63712219101.txt
Luke 42077 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Which log file is from when you did that?
Luke 42077 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 And at what time did you use the manual organize feature?
ozchef 3 Posted December 17, 2019 Author Posted December 17, 2019 Last night probably around 2200. As it only shows undefined unable to actually do anything.
Luke 42077 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Ok the log ending in 400 starts at 22:38...
Luke 42077 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 It looks like you still have bad configuration: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'D:\watc'.
ozchef 3 Posted December 18, 2019 Author Posted December 18, 2019 Strange cause it does exist. I have tried setting up another watch folder and now that works. This is on another drive as well. Thanks for showing that it was not seeing the path. Helped sort the issue. Keep up the good work.
ozchef 3 Posted December 18, 2019 Author Posted December 18, 2019 (edited) And now after doing one movie it is not working again. I have tried putting watch folder on to the C drive still no luck. attached a lot of logs as these are all within the last 12 hours Time stamps for the logs emby server 0629 19/12 3545 0625 19/12 3533 0625 19/12 3378 0622 19/12 0400 0000 19/12 7324 2308 18/12 7305 2308 18/12 embyserver.txt embyserver-63712307305.txt embyserver-63712307324.txt embyserver-63712310400.txt embyserver-63712333378.txt embyserver-63712333533.txt embyserver-63712333545.txt Edited December 18, 2019 by ozchef
Luke 42077 Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 What exactly isn't working? Can you please provide some discussion of the example? What is happening?
ozchef 3 Posted December 18, 2019 Author Posted December 18, 2019 As per the original screen snips when I try to manually organise new files I am no longer presented with the file name to search for only undefined. When first going in to the organise the way its presented is completely different to what was shown previously and for the one time it worked yesterday. Unable to describe it but as the plugin is designed to look but as per my snips it seems to be broken somehow.
Luke 42077 Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 Can you please discuss a specific example and identify what log file corresponds to that example, as well as what time the problem occurred? thanks.
ozchef 3 Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 I will do all of that when I get home today
ozchef 3 Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 attempting to auto organise manually movie Ice Age 3 from my current watch folder on the C drive. (log 02) 21:43 19/2019.. click on folder to bring up manual organise folder to select that its a movie or TV show. Presented with snip 02 As I don't have this movie in my library have to to select "+" Snip 03 Search only shows name as Undefined Snip 04. What I am expecting is Snip 02 to have more available options to be able to input, as I am sure the intended first screen is not as per Snip 01. Expected Snip 03 again to be as previous before this issue and as it is intended to look for the plugin For title search expected to see Ice Age 3 but only presented with Undefined. Unsure if this will Help also have attached log (log 01) where the one successful *in terms of what was presented was what was expected from using plug in previously* F:\downloaded\Rambo.Last.Blood.2019.1080p.BluRay.x264.Atmos.TrueHD 7.1-OMEGA.mkv 18/12/2019@21:36 log 01.txt log 02.txt
ozchef 3 Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 (edited) I just changed undefined to ice age 3 and let it do its thing at 22:05 19/12/2019. This ha resulted in the file being renamed placed into selected folder and all art downloaded. Log 03 log 03.txt Edited December 19, 2019 by ozchef
Luke 42077 Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 So now that you did that, are you good now?
daedalus 434 Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 (edited) organize button inside the plugin page does nothing, a manual organize task can only ran by starting the scheduled task and smart matches still aren't covered by the backup plugin server v4.4.0.5 plugin 1.5.5.0 Edited January 6, 2020 by daedalus
