tizen 1.0.70 not there

I have a message on my 2017 smart tv to update the emby app.

but when i download the install from usb file , it is still the old file

 

I am searching for the 1.0.70 file

Hi, did you follow all of the USB instructions?

Make sure you delete the previous version first, most models can't be upgraded

The install works fjust fine,  but the usb downlink seems to be the previous version , and not the new version.

The tv keeps saying   there is a new update available

I just downloaded it myself.  The version on GitHub is from 11/26 which is .70
