Playback Issues FireTV

As of about a week ago, all my movies are having playback issues.  Playback stops about every 10 seconds and pauses for 1-2 minutes before starting again.  Nothing has changed in my setup in months.  Looks like others on the board may be having similar issues.  Logs are attached.

Hi.  It looks like your server is simply not able to transcode fast enough.

Its on an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, 4 cores, 8 logical processors.  16gb of RAM.  I would think that would be plenty to transcode a single stream?  Plus, its been installed for several months prior with no issues.  Just started recently.

Hi, yea it looks like you're getting slow transcoding performance here. Are your video graphics drivers up to date? I would make sure that they are.

Additionally as a test, try turning off hardware acceleration under server transcoding settings. Just set it to No. Please see if that helps. Ideally please try the same file as the one from the log here. Thanks.
