Scott310 137 Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Hey Guys, I have been noticing this for a while now but haven't had the time to post about it. I have a first generation fire cube. When I go to the movie detail page a lot of the time it will show one or two backdrops in rotation and then the backdrop will go black for about 39 seconds or more and then start the rotation again. Not a huge issue but certainly annoying. Anyone else seeing this?
ebr 16169 Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Hi. You probably have a bad backdrop that is not loading properly. The next release of the app may help this by retrying in those cases.
Scott310 137 Posted December 12, 2019 Author Posted December 12, 2019 This happens with almost every movie, not just one. If I back put of the movie when it happens and go back in then it will rotate correctly. It also worked just fine for a long time and then the issue started
