User PW from Client is not working

I have two users for my Emby server one called family and one called mature.  The family has no password and limits my kids to see only TV 14 and lower while the mature user is for my wife and I to watch shows that are R.  I have a password set for the mature user lets say 1234.  I can login to the server on the computer fine but on my client pc (running emby theater for windows) in the living room when I start up emby and go to the mature user and type in the password it gives me a error saying incorrect pw.  This all worked great until today so not sure if I need to change anything?

Hi there, i would try changing the user password again to make sure you have it correct, then try to login again after that.

 

If you still have an issue after that,please attach the emby server log. Thanks.

I tried and it still wont work.  I did try it on another PC and it has Emby Theater and its working great.  I did make a mistake the PC its not working on is running the Emby Media Center version and not Theater.  This was though working yesterday so maybe a microsoft change happened?

What version of Emby Theater?

Ok so you will need to install the beta version of Emby for WMC, available on the download page of our website.
