Dumb Question - Do I need Emby Server?

need a bit more memory refreshing... i have two networked drives with movies files, each drive has an identical folder structure, i.e. each drive has an "action" folder, a "scifi" folder, etc... when  i add folders to emby i want these folders to combine, i want both "action" folders to appear in/under one "action" folder in emby as opposed to having two "action" folders in emby, this is possible right? thanks!

Yes just create one movies library and add the two top level folders to it.
