The icon to remove a song from the "Next" playlist is absent

The below screenshot is from the Android app, where you can see the icon to remove songs from the "Next" playlist but it's absent from the web app, sometimes the three dots don't appear either, could you please add it?:

Like I said, it never appears and the three dots sometimes appear and sometimes don't.
