Hi I searched quickly for this topic but couldn't find an answer directly related to my issue. So I tried Emby because of its ease of use and compatibility with IPTV and the DVR option. I love Kodi as a media player but the lack of DVR with IPTV is frustrating, hence my decision to jump to Emby. The issue I have now is that when I record a movie, the entire movie is not recorded. TV shows are fine, they record perfectly. I don't want to have to set the DVR option of stopping 10 or 15 minutes after recording for everything as that is unnecessary for TV recordings. Any suggestions? Emby does not recognize that I'm recording a movie, because when I look at the movie I recorded Emby says it's a series. Fairly new here, I'm wondering if I'm just completely missing something. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I found an answer I was searching with terms not correct. I see that I can edit individual recording timers but it has to be done in Windows or the web app. Not in my shield which runs Android TV. Sorry for any problems caused.

I need to post a log?

Sorry, I was under the impression the recordings were being cut off earlier than when they should have. That would require a server log, yes.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll look at getting this into the Android TV app.
